How do I get what I deserve?

  • Yours rewards are calculated on your spend in the salon and spa on treatments, services and products.  The more you spend - the more FREE stuff you get.
  • Every $100 you spend will earn you 5 Yours points.  Once you have reached 50 Yours points you can choose a service from the Yours Rewards Menu.
  • You can add Yours reward services to any treatment or service, any day of the week.
  • You may gift Yours rewards to your friends and family members.
  • Points updates will be emailed to you monthly.
  • Yours Reward Points are valid for 24 months from the day they are earned.

What you can't do with your Yours rewards

  • You don't earn points on the purchase of gift vouchers - Yours rewards are earned by the person redeeming the voucher.
  • You may only choose rewards from the Yours Rewards Menu - Yours Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  • Yours rewards points cannot be transferred to another person.
  • If you book a Yours Reward Service or Treatment and don't show up to enjoy it you will forfeit the 50 Points.

What happens if I don't use my points

  • Yours Reward Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.  Once expired, points cannot be credited back to your account.

How do I check my Points Balance?

  • You will receive a monthly Points Update detailing your balance. Your Points Update will also highlight any special offers in the Salon & Spa for the Month.

The only conditions of Yours Rewards:

  • You can only redeem one Reward per visit.
  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Yours appointments are available January - November 30th
  • Sorry no Yours Rewards appointment in December
